Idling problem

My 1999 S70 is idling at around 400. Check engine code tells me "the Idle is too low". OK how do I fix it.
Any HELP

Sounds like a vaccume leak. Look for any loose, ripped, or missing hoses under your hood.

It could be the idle air control valve also.

The throttle body might be bad.
Clean it first though.
