do u happen to know at what rpm the boost should be engaged?
Dude you will know when your in BOOST ok. Doesn't matter when it comes on. It will be at low RPM's I will tell you that. The tiny 13g spools up quickly.

Also if you look at your gauge you will see that there is a ZERO point, or there should be. To the left of that ZERO point is vaccum and to the right is boost. When your to the right your in boost and that is when your BOV will go off once you let off the gas.

so this CBV blanking plate is a direct bolt on, but does it need to be welded? I think you said you had one?

1. Yes it is a direct bolt on. No it doesn't need welded. Your take a socket wrench and a 10mm socket and take the three 10mm bolts out. Remove the CBV. The vaccum line that was running to the CBV should now be attached to the BOV.

2. Take your blanking plate and put some RTV gasket maker around the edge of the blanking plate. The side that will be facing down that is. Put the bolts through the blanking plate and place it where it needs to be. Screw it down tight.

3. I had a blanking plate, but never installed. My fat fingers can't get in the spot where it is located at.

ah ic, so ur running the cbv and bov? I was thinking fo doing that, but its only like 5-7psi so I dont think I would hear much of a sound.
On a minor note, I was wondering if ya had any aftermarket stuff for sale? I noticed you got the EST Ultra flow, so was wondering if u had an aftermarket box filter that u dont use anymore?

No I don't have that.

There is a big hose that runs to your airbox. You remove it from the airbox and put the filter on the end of it.

The filter can just lay there attached to the tube. Also you could rig it up so that it can be loosely ziptied to something.

Not hard to do.

Like I said I don't have this on my car.

And secondly DO NOT tightly ziptie it. Lightly ziptie it.

10-15 is stock and you shouldn't run more then 17-18 on it with an ECU upgrade.
