Just got my '98 s70 glt - lots of q's
7 PSI is a good amount of pressure. Our tiny little 13g's can only handle about 15 PSI before they are out of their effeicency range. Anything above 15 PSI and it is worthless on a tiny 13g turbo. That is when you swap to a 16T turbo and run 15-17 PSI. The 16T can handle the 15PSI better then the 13g can.
sooooo, you would say its better that I get that pvc hose on the barb? it really is tough as hell though, it supposed to be able to withstand more than 30 psi.I am not sure I cna even get it on all teh way, jsut lack teh strenght. I have an idea, maybe Ill hood up everything using teh vac connects, then ahve someone rev teh engine to see if it leaks. Bascially the alternative route for em would be easier, only question is can it withstand 7psi, I wont be turning up teh turbo anytime soon. Unless, does teh speed tuning chip increase teh psi of teh turbo at all?
well after much debating, looking around under the hood, and driving. I have finnaly decided to do the stage 0.
I plan to get the EST high flow filter, new o2 sensor, stylin motors vac line replacments, fix my strut mount, NGK spark plugs, and money allowing samco silicon hoses. Might add a few more things to the list. Basically I didnt want to do it at first since I had just go the car and didnt want to spend the money replacing stuff that was working. But I see now that doing the stage 0 is what is best for my car.

ok so I had some questions about stage 0:
Plugs, cap/rotor, plug wires: this what he is reffering to?
fuel pumps: how do you know if these are going bad or not?
clean injectors: by clean I assume he means to clean them and not replace?
clean IC/IC plumbing: ' ?

2. Fuel pump, I can't honestly say how you can tell.
3. Cleaning the injectors meana cleaning the injectors. There are companies that do clean these and possibly your local dealership can clean these and or a local area garage can do the same. If you want to replace them go right ahead.
3. Cleaning the IC (Intercooler)/IC Plumbing (Intercooler Plumbing). Mean just that. Now I don't know how to clean these items. I believe there is a certain way to do so. Check over on Volvospeed for more info on that.
ok, here's a question for you. When I drive my car, I usually only go up to 2-3k rmp in my regualr driving(which makes it go up to 10vac), so getting a BOV, would it still produce the blow off?

. Ill post pics when its dont so you can poke fun at me.
