Hi fellow Volvo peeps,
Went to start s70 1999 base model and it cranked but no start. It has been maintained very well and tuned up recently. Fuel filter is old or original. Last thing I did was replace the ABS control module. I have not heard the clicking noise from the fuel pump.
My question is that I have to 2 access covers in the trunk behind the passenger side. The bigger one has fuel lines connected. The smaller one in front of the other is covered with a metal cap which is partially covered by the trunk sheet metal making what seems to be impossible to get off without dropping the tank.
What is under each of these? Tried to upload picture but no success.
Gonna change the fuel pump relay with fuel pump and filter since car has 146,000 miles.
