Question Keys, Batteries, Spark Plug, body questions

Hi Everyone. I have a few questions.

I want to make a spare key for my 1998 Volvo S70 GLT 2.4L. I've read various of things, but what is best? Finding a Volvo dealer to get them made, or to take it to a hardware or key shop and get them made. I'm not sure if it has a chip or not, and if there is a way for me to easily tell I would greatly appreciate it.

I was also considering a new battery, but may not be just yet. I've always liked Optima Batteries, but I don't see a Volvo option on the site. Have anyone installed a Yellow Top or Red Top in their S70s? I'm open to other suggestions for other brands as well.

I'm about to change my spark plugs for my tune-up and Smog Check, and I was wondering what Gap should they be set at? I'm looking at these for now (Ngk V Power Copper/Spark Plug (6962) | 1998 Volvo S70 5 Cylinders 5 2.4L Turbo DOHC | AutoZone.com).

Lastly, I had hydroplaned about two months ago, but the damage doesn't seems that much (https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net...44228360_o.jpg).
No damage done in the interior of the engine bay, but I'll need a new right side bumper, Right Blinker assembly, Right Headlight, bottom plastic grille, and I need to realign the hood. Any place to look for parts? Junk Yard? Ebay, Store?

I also heard that you can install fog lights in the S70, and might be the right time to do it while installing the new lights. How hard is it to do and what parts do I need? Please let me know. Thank you in advance for your help.

1998 models do not have a chip in the key. That was the last year they didn't have one.

Spark plug gap should be 0.7-0.8 mm. OEM part number is 8642660.

Other OEM part numbers so you can start searching...
9483185 - Right marker light
989830 - R marker bulb
8628245 - R marker socket
9483193 - R headlamp

If you add foglights to the car, you can get a kit that comes with everything to install them. Part number 9187044. Most Volvo accessory kits have moved to online instructions instead of including them in the box. Just ask wherever you get the kit from to point you in the right direction.

Thanks! Also just today my spring or part of the latch popped off from the hood when I tried to grab it and I can't find it. Is there a place I can get it from? I can't find it thus far.

Also if anyone knows about the battery question.

Talking about the handle for the safety catch under the hood? That's a 9170229. On OEM that spring would be part of the handle.
