For the past week my Volvo S70 has been giving some electrical problems. The lights flicker from to time, the car keeps needing a boost, if i put on the radio and heater the car surges noticeably. I would be at a stop sign or traffic light, and the lights would dim and then would bright up when i rev up the engine. I put a new Volvo Battery in last year.
Any help would be appreciated !

 

Have the altanator and voltage regulator tested.
