location of cabin temp sensor
hey all,
first post here.
my 99 s70 had that flashing ecc lights problem for quite a period of time, blower and ac works fine, till last week. first starts you can hear some sort of grinding noise from the blower motor, on and off then today it quit.
after read lots of threads in this forum, I ordered blower motor and the resistor from FCP in CT, meanwhile i also want to clean the cabin temp sensor, but i had trouble to locate it or them. can anyone kindly point it out for me? its a 99 non turbo.
Cheers
Andrew

Turn your drivers side Temp Dial to 72, it will point right at it. Alternatively, it is immediatly to the right of the rear / mirror defroster button.
You get to it through the radio cut out.
Can't guarantee it will work but I just blew some canned "air" through the grill, looked clean when I pulled it out a few months later(only because I'd already pulled the radio so was 1/2 way there).
