I recently lost my set of keys to my 1998 volvo s70. Locksmith wants to charge me $200.00 to re-key the car. Volvo dealership was closed at the time, so I was unable to ask them if they could do it. Can the dealership cut the keys based on the VIN of the car. I really don't want to pay a locksmith $200.00 to do something the dealership can do cheaper. The car is in my garage.
