I bought my 1999 S70 a month ago and have put about 2000 miles on it taking up to almost 114,000 I wonder if I can do what this guy has done ? I really have had no problems, I just am learning the car and this brutal weather were having my little S70 starts right up and runs like a sewing machine, I'm just keeping my fingers crossed.

No need to cross your fingers, just do the maintenance and drive places. Did you see the story about the guy with over 3 million miles on his Volvo? It has the same motor foundation, RED BLOCK.

I had one of those red block 740 GLE's a few years back, had over 400,000 on it and it drove like new and looked very good.

These white block Volvo's (850, S70, S60's, etc) are not the cars that the red blocks are but they can go for a long time. The red block Volvo's are very low maintenance.
