Default My 1998 Volvo S70 non turbo will not start!

I replaced, the plugs, ignition coil, distributor/rotor, battery, checked all the fuses and put in new gas.
It turns over like it wants to start but doesn't. Anyone have some ideas of what the problem may be? I have been trying to get this running for 2 days now and my wife is walking to work. This very frustrating.

A car needs 5 things to start...

1. Air
2. Fuel
3. Spark
4. Compression
5. Timing
Have you checked those 5 things?

Check the battery voltage too, i think ~12.6 should be normal.
