So I have a 15g turbochargr from 850 T5 in my 1998 s70 glt, is 15g high or lowpressure turbo?

HPT turbo. It came from a T5 thusly it makes it a High Pressure Turbo.

For those that might not know what he is talk about this are actually called Eyelids or Eyebrows.

In any event no they don't change the beam.
