Default no air coming from vents

hi. newbie here, so be gentle. i have a 2000 s70 glt-se. the heating - a/c system has worked fine & is all original. after driving for about a half hour yesterday, theblower, which was on high with the temp dials all the way down & a/c on, started to slow down a bit in 30 mph traffic. also, it was going from low rpm to high rpm in a 45 mph cruise.theblower also increased in rpm every time i stepped on the brakes. well after coming to a stop, the fan just stopped all together. that's it. no fan at all...cold, warm, at start-up, nothing. any ideas???

Most likely the blower motor or resistor went bad.

So your blower fan was acting erratic, then all of a sudden just stopped working all together?
Maybe blower motor is fried, a bad resistor pack switch, maybe an a/c relay. Just off the top of my head.

Hey, I checkedthe site I order from, and they have every part available.
it is www.racepages.com, I have ordered from them alot, not just for my Volvo. You might want to try some basic electrical troubleshooting, just to determine which part you need. Unless you just want to replace all the parts. If so start with resistor pack, and relay, there both under $50, then the blower its over $200 anywhere ive checked. gl2u
