Default O2 sensor

I have a 2001 V70 T5 and the yellow 'emission system service' light is on. Am I correct to assume that I need to replace either one or both of the O2 sensors? If I replace them, does the system need to be reset for the light to go out?

Thanks

Have the codes pulled first.

Visit a local auto parts shop such as AutoZone to get the codes pulled; they offer free OBD-II diagnostic service. Make sure to let them show youthe code & trouble description that appear on the scanner.

Good luck,
