I have an oil leak on the back side of the motor on the drivers side corner. It seems to be between the block and the head. I have had someone look at it and they say it's either the head gasket or the cam seal. Has anyone seen this before or heard of this happening. I can't believe I am going to have to take the head off again for an oil leak. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas or suggestions.

My bet is cam seal which is pretty easy to replace.
