Default P0138

So heres my story.
Had a code come up for the ho2s heater circuit. (i forget the#)
Decided to change the ho2s sensor, used a denso brand sensor the one made for the car NOT a universal one.
Light was off briefly. Has recently come back on with the p0138 cod for bank 1 sensor 2 ho2s circuit high voltage.

This is the sensor that was recently replaced. What are some of the likely causes for this new code?

Apparently.

Front Oxygen Sensor 1999-2000 S70 V70 Non-Turbo

Where did you get it?

Wait; I apologize for my post #2 in this thread; didn't read your post #1 carefully.

So which sensor did you replace; front or rear? And again, where did you get the sensor?
