Passenger Door won't lock

Hi

1999 S70 GLT

My passenger door will not lock, even though the **** moves up and down- the door does not lock. It feels a s thought the actuator is working but yet- not locking..

Any ideas are welcome.

Not really. Have you taken the latch apart?
