wondering where does the small hose connects to?

Coz I notice the one on my car is mangled and broken and seems like it's been damaged by solvent.. Ie.. like the wrong kind of rubber damaged by fuel

Would it affect performance?

 

Check the parts list on FCP or maybe under your hood.

 

The exploded diagram from fcp doesn't show where it's connected to and I can't check under my hood because it's routed underneath the intake manifold so I need to ask someone that have done the na pcv system before..

 

What are the details on your car? Year, trim, etc.

BTW, that is a horriable picture. It looks like the Flame Trap & housing.

 

yeah that is the flame trap housing... so it's a 1997 N/A 20V 2.5L engine, and the picture shows 2 connections, and I was trying to find out where the smaller connection connects to...
