Please Help!!

I am new to the VOLVO world.
My transmission dipstick is stuck. I have tried pulling it out with force and no luck. I am wondering if anyone on here can provide me with some help?

I'm not sure but I think that dip stick may screw out.

They can be a real pain sometimes. Try soaking it in something like WD-40.
