Default Power Steering

I am having a problem with my power steering that has started about 6 months ago and it’s becoming more obvious. This is true for cold or warm weather so that shouldn’t be a problem. When I am at a idle speed and turning the wheels my wheel suddenly jumps. As in jumps more in the direction that I am turning. It’s almost like the pump is stopping or the belt is slipping on the power steering motor. I replaced the power steering motor about 2 years ago due to the fact that it was making really bad noises when I would turn the wheels. So I am curious as to what you all might think it is. It’s been a while since I have had a tune up or even had a belt replaced.

To me it sounds like a bad steering rack.
