Perhaps someone has addressed this issue and can point me in the right direction to troubleshoot & fix.

I inadvertently pressed the lock button on my key remote at the very moment I reached the door handle and attempted to open the driver’s side door. Now the driver’s door will notlock or unlock with the remote – the locks on all the other doors are working normally.


Did something break or just dislodged? Any suggestions?

does it lock/unlock with the key? Have you tried pulling off the door card to see if the actuator is still attached and attempting to move?

 

Yes, that's the only way it locks/unlocks.



any videos/pictures on how to do this?


Could both actions - attempting to open the door and locking using the remote - caused a mechanical failure that can be reverse or killed the actuator that must be replaced?
