Default Removing front bumper cover for volvo s70 1999

Ok so I was in Walgreens this morning and when I got to my car I found myself with the lovely surprise that some one hit my car and ran away. No one saw anything so Im pretty much screwed. Anyway, the front bumper was pushed pretty far in the passenger side. The bumper cover doesnt seem cracked so Im hoping I can get it into shape. Also the hose that supplies water to the wiper water jets was ripped. So how do I remove the front bumper cover? Are there any things I should be concerned with like airbag sensors? Thanks for any replies.

Here are a couple of pics just to help you visualize the situation. The bumper cover is kind of sandwished in the front heres hoping i can still save it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try a search in this forum. Evidently, there are 4 rivets that need to be drilled out or removed from each fender well. Then there are some screws or bolts at the bottom of the bumper that need to be removed.

From there, the cover supposedly comes right off. You'll need get new rivets for the fender liners that attach to the cover.

Looks pretty bad from the pics you posted. Once you get the cover removed, you'll see if it's been creased.

Good luck.

Ken
