Default Replaced battery, car won't start

I researched some threads on here before buying and installing an Advance Auto Parts AutoCraft Gold Battery Group 48H6. Came with a 36 month full replacement/84 month warranty for $135.

Anyway, I followed the recommended steps I found in the owners manual and on here (turned off A/C, blower, radio, basically everything on the console; turned off car, removed key, let the car sit for more than 10 minutes. Removed negative terminal, then positive, and vent hose. Pulled the old battery (I put a meter on it, it was not charging). Installed the new battery, connected positive lead and vent tube, put key in ignition and turned it to II, then attached negative terminal on battery. Tested the new battery with the meter, looked good. Locked/unlocked driver's door and all doors 6 times. Tested the A/C, radio, blower, sunroof, gauges, all working. Reassembled the battery cover and hold down in the rear.

Figured I would start the car, but when I turn the key, gauges light up, windows etc work, but car doesn't turn over.

Any thoughts on what I need to do next?

Default Problem resolved

Somehow I missed this thread, found it through a Google search.

I decided to try the door locks some more. After cycling through locking/unlocking the doors from the drivers door panel about 15 or 20 times, the car finally started.

The good news is, I didn't have to reset any radio stations, all that was retained with the battery swap. Before I pulled the old battery, I called the local dealer by the way, and gave the VIN to the service guy. He said there was no radio code, it should reset itself. And it did. All I had to reset was the clock.

Cool. Surprised to hear that you have to cycle the locks so many times. That's crazy.
