right turn signal
My brother is in college with his 1999 S70 and he went to go to class this morning and something or someone hit his right turn signal lens. He said the bulb is fine but the lens covering it is broke. Is there anywhere you can find the stock turn signal assembly? I looked and could only find a hella one (im not sure if it is the same as stock since i cant look at the car) http://www2.swedishpartswholesale.co...y&dp=falsedoesnt look like i remember it but i dont know. Also does he need the whole assembly or would the lens just do (im thinking whole assembly) thanks

RE: right turn signal
Welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately you can on buy a whole turn signal. We call them turn signal lenses but in reality it is an entire turn signal. You cannot just buy a "LENS" and put it on, you have to buy an entire turn signal. Which can be had for $50 at any dealership or found for much less online.
OEM is Hella.
And what you linked us to is the right thing that you or he would need. However you can purchase them for much less then that.
1. FCP Gorton has them for $25, now they are aftermarket so they are no Hella but they should be just as good. Since I have faired well with aftermarket lenses and not faired so well with Hella lenses.
2. VlvWorld has them to for about $25, now I think they are also aftermarket.
