Code 9150 for a vOLVO s70 1999 means that the (made by Italian FIAT) throttle body position sensor is worn out. From 2003 the sensor was changed to a none contact-type-sensor. Once the code starts appears there is no point of return, and swapping the sensor here in Sweden is a cost of appr 600 USD (programming included).

I know this is a hella old thread but for others. If your caR doesn’t die when you pull the MAF it’s bad. And using a regular or even expensive ODB is not going to really help you. Find some one with VIDA and DICE or buy a Chinese knockoff or hit me up I’ll get you a real one for around $200 takes a ton of the guess work out.
