Default 02 2.9 non turbo rough idle, no throttle

It's showing code 025
Replaced the last three cool packs that were original. Car has 120k
5k on timing belt service and serpentine by service
It sounds clogged and stem is coming from behind the motor.
I was driving it and turned a corner and it started giving me problems when I got back on the throttle. It doesn't have any power, if o can get a throttle response it's slow and boggy. Almost like it jumped a tooth and isn't getting the exhaust out. I read about someone replacing a throttle mechanism and that helped, I read that a MAF helped. Where do I start?

025 isn't a code.

I held in the trip and turned the key back and forth 5 times and it showed 025. On the display.

No idea where you got that from, but that's not a code. You need a scanner or code reader.

I unplugged the MAF and revved the motor and it did rev but was boggy. I held it at about 2500 and it stayed steady but did die after about 6 seconds which would have happened I think with the maf being plugged in
