Default S70 Trip Computer malfunction

I have a 2000 S70 GLT-SE. I recently started the car, after not starting it for 3 days. The trip computer had reset on its own. If I run the car every day, the trip computer is fine. if it stands for at least 3 days, it resets on its own. The odometer is not affected at all. Is there a lithium battery that has to be replaced? Is my main battery just running low? (It turns over just fine). Any help would be appreciated.

No there is not. It runs off the main car battery.
