Default seat removal

I have to replace the passenger front seat belt latch on my 98 s70. Looks like the easiest way to do it would be to remove the whole seat. Does anyone have any tips for that? It does have the SIPS air-bag so I know disconnecting the battery is a must, but I've also seen a reference to some safety switch that you need to flip? I can't find any other information about that though.

the other option I thought of was to remove the center console to get access to the belt latch bolt, but that seems to be even more hassle than removing the seat. Plus I'm still not sure that'd give me enough room to get the bolt out.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
