service light has been coming on the last week every time i start the car but turns off after 2-3 mins after being on.

really confused, checked oil, gas cap thing, cant seem to pinpoint anything

read the owners manual, The light tells you the car is due for service. When was the last time you changed oil or serviced the car?. google : "volvo service engine light" to learn how to turn it off.
