well since no one has responded. I plan on getting speed tunning upgrade from them aswell. I have yet to hear anything negatvie, and for teh price you cna hardly complain. Pretty much everywhere else is atleast $700.

Hi, I currently am using a SpeedTuning USA ecu upgrade.
- 1999 s70 awd
- SpeedTuning USA ecu upgrade 15PSI program
That is what I have.
1. SpeedTuning USA is decent for the money. A good kick in the pants.
2. Usually SpeedTuning USA (ST USA) makes our Volvo's run RICH. The only way to find out would be to purchase a Wideband O2 gauge.
3. I like mine, but honestly if I had saved my money I would have gone with IPD USA or RICA.
4. I would suggest you ask Oliver at ST USA to give you the strong 12PSI program. I suggest 12PSI because at 15PSI your right at the edge of what the tiny 13g turbo can do effiecently.
