Default starting problem S70

I bought a '98 S70 out of Florida. Ran fine all summer & fall last year, then once it hit winter it wouldn't start. I live in TN & once it got below 60 degrees it would start & run for about 2 seconds & stop. After that it would only turn over. Even now this spring it starts & runs like a brand new one if it's 60 or warmer, but we've had a couple of cooler mornings , like 57 or 58 & it does the same thing. I bought it for my dtr's 1st car & she's really getting disgusted. It's got 101k miles on it & non turbo.

Front O2 and system to rich could be a bad O2 or a big vacuum leak.
