Default Is there a speical tool to change upper engine bushing?

I'm in the middle chagning my upper engine mount bushing but am having a hard time getting it in. tried using a c clamp but it's not working out to well, I dont want to damage the bushing by pushing the center. is there a special tool or do you guys know of a easy way to "rig" something up?
Again thanks guys

If you are just changing the bushing, cut it out using a hacksaw blade, same for the pressed in outer part..

No special trick, it's just hard. Don't be afraid to press the center and use water or something else to try to help it slip in.
