ok so i just finished up fixing a 99 s70 AWD. it runs great, its got 88k on the motor and trans. its got an automatic trans, and its got the 2.4 turbo AWD engine. i want to drop a 5 speed in it, possible? and if it is, then how and how much will it cost?

The best way to start is by finding a donor car with a five speed. Not sure if the 850 NA five speeds will work with the 99 S70or not?

 

Again take a look at the link I provided. It tells you what that person did to do a manual swap into his 2000 which is ME7 just like your 99.
