Throttle body cleaning

My 98 S70 has been stalling when the engine is cold. After it warms up, it seems to run fine.

It is suggested, on this forum, to clean the throttle body.
Can anyone suggest how to clean and what to use when cleaning the throttle body.

Remove the throttle body and use either Brake or Carb cleaner to clean it out.
