Timing belt and ETM

Timing belt and ETM
Just bought a '99 S70 today to replace my Saab 9-5 that was totaled on Monday. I was insistent on finding another Saab, but got in the Volvo and fell in love (must be a Swedish thing).
Wondering how I can check to see if the timing belt, as well as ETM and software have been replaced (no, I didn't check beforehand. Even if they need to be replaced, what I paid was much less than the total for the Saab).
How much would I be looking at to have this work done?
And finally, can anyone recommend a place to have the work done in Indianapolis?

RE: Timing belt and ETM
the timingbelt interval is at 105K miles. Also you would have to go to the dealership to have them run the VIN to see if the ETM R155 recall has been done. I will tell you that Eventually that ETM will die, they are just a real bad design, I replace aleast a couple per week at my dealership.
