Default Timing belt question

All,
One of my grandsons just picked up a really nice 98 S70 GLT for his first car. No record of when the timing belt was last changed so that is the first thing I am going to do. I have done probably 8-10 changes in the past between my son's old 850 and his S70 so they are not foreign to me.

BUT, and it is a big but....all the changes I have done before were with vehicles that had the hydraulic timing belt tensioner. As luck would have it, my grandson's GLT has the mechanical one. Can anyone point me to a link or instructions on how to do a belt and pulley change with one of these mechanical tensioners?

Many thanks
