Default Troubleshooting Fault Codes

I have recently had a P0136 and P0141 code come up for my 1998 S70 GLT Turbo. It indicates that the rear sensor is bad so as a precaution I changed both sensors. Both codes are back again. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Default RE: Troubleshooting Fault Codes

Maybe the computer didn't update fast enough?
How many times have you cleared the code and rest the light and codes?
