Default Trunk lid

Is anyone aware of what holds the lower panel of the trunk to the lid to itself? Are there just several pressure clips? I want to try and eliminate some rattling. I initially shoved a lot of foam padding between the panels but they seem to have compressed

I believe they are press clips. Shouldn't hear that much in the cabin from the trunk.

Anyone know where I could get more of these clips? I assume that being 14 years old they will probably break if I were to try and remove them

You're likely correct. The stealer should have them.
