Default URGENT Problem!!! HELPHELPHELP!!!

In the last month or so, in the morning when i start going to work
my car seems like it wants to die when starting off from a stoplight.
it seemed to be worse when it sat for over a day, especially bad
on mondays......but after about fifteen minutes of driving it completely
went away!!! Last night I was on my way to the grocery store, pulled
a uturn at a stoplight and then it did the 'stalling thing' REALLY bad.
Then promptly died in the middle of the road. It's now in the Shoprite
parking lot waiting to get a parking ticket. it wont even crank up.
a couple days ago the check engine light came on and autozone pulled
the code p0410. (secondary air supply problem) I'm not sure but i dont
think that code has anything to do with it seeing as this problem's been
around for abt a month. I need ideas and FAST if possible, my car is my
one transportation to work! Thankyou so much in advance for any help!!!

Also,,,when i turn the key to on i can hear a slight vibration in the front
of the engine...i opened the hood and felt around and under the cover
right in front of my throttle cable that metal housins with the electrical
wire connecting to it is whats vibrating. I dont know if that has anything
to do with it. I'm going nuts

Also check and make sure that the hose that connects to the bottom side of the idle control valve is connected and is not torn.

Smile Thanx guys.

when you say clean throttle body. do you mean completely remove
it and clean all parts inside? Cause about 6 weeks ago I cleaned the
flappervalve inside the throttle body really good with carb cleaner
and a toothbrush. that's how i was taught, is there another way?
and is there a link for instructions on it? what about cleaning the
idler valve and such.?

SOOO WEIRD. Last night I tinkered with it in the parking lot
for a cpl hrs and when i started it it ran a little rough for a min.
then I drove it home! (0.5 mile) I couldnt believe it! I decided to try to
go to work today so, I let it idle for about 15 Min in my driveway,
and it didnt faulter AT ALL on the way in to work! (25 miles)

Thankyou for the advice dudes. I would be lost if not for this site!!!

That was fine on cleaning the throttle body.
For the idle motor remove it and spray cleaner through the hose ports. Also spin it fast in your hand and listen for the inside flapper to flop around when you spin it. You can also spray a dash of WD-40 or something like that in it after cleaning it.
