Default Volvo S70 dash mounts, again.

Yesterday, I pulled a perfect dash out of a junkyard car. I knew it was solid before I pulled it, but when I got it out, every single mount was in place, not even cracked, even the felt around the mount was perfect. The question is, when I decide to put this dash in my car, I should probably reinforce these mounts? Suggestions on a way to do it? I am going to take pictures of them when I get a chance and post it but should I just run some epoxy around them? Or the metal stripping over them? I re-did my old dash once with the metal stripping and found that getting all the points to line up and get the bolts through was very tough, and I only ended up getting two bolts through the firewall, I am hesitant on the metal stripping, as I also don't really want to put more holes in the dash, and it seems like I can hear the metal rubbing when I go over bumps in my current dash, that being said, this dash is perfect and no signs of cracking in any of the mounts. Ideas? Would even running some super glue over the plastic to strengthen it be ok? Also, I will have no need for my old dash when finished if anyone in Texas wants to purchase it for very little they are welcome to make an offer, if not it will most likely go to the junkyard for a core replacement. I will post pictures of both dashes soon.

I think mine broke a mount a few days ago. If I have to pull it I'm going to replace the evaporator as well.

Do you recommend I do the evaporator while I have the dash out. I haven't had any worries with mine, but I have had the car for about 7 years, and I have no idea if it was done before I owned it but who knows? I would probably get a new one as opposed to a used one, but how hard is it to do? I remember last summer about 3 or 4 times throughout a 5 month period the A/C would stop blowing cold for about a minute then back to cold, not sure what that was? I just don't know how difficult the evap is. Any videos?

I would never replace the evap unless it was bad for sure. Had 3 of these cars now (just sold '95 855 N/A w/almost 200K mls) and never encountered a bad evap so far..

Probably just jinxed myself though...
