i have a 00 s80 t6 and i love it. i saw it at the volvo dealer and i had to have it so i bought it. i own alot of car im a big car fan but im telling you i would rather tke my volvo over 2002 bmw 540 any day

 

although I haven't owned my car that long, it seems like a very good car. It's comfortable and I like the style of it. Every car has problems of some sort. I used to be a bmw tech and even the E46 M3's were blowing connecting rods at 300 miles (not a good thing when you just spent $65,000). Ford's, Volvo's, Benz's, Jaguar's, you name it and i've probably seen a dumb design or problem on it. It's a used car so make sure you get it checked out if you aren't too sure about it. I spent about two hours inspecting mine in the dealership before I bought it. Did I get the extended warranty? No, but I am ready to tackle any problems, that's what makes machines fun.....expensive, but fun.

Overall I don't think it's a bad car, but theres no way to know how the owner treated it before.

I think its great that this car catches all the slightest faults, and gives you and idea to as what it could be, that just adds to the safety.. If you want a safe car, Wouldnt you want it to let you know if there is something wrong with it?- for example-"no oil pressure", SRS-service,..
Volvo's a safe car, everyone who owns one knows it, it just so safe that it catches the slightest misfire, and it seems when people find it does, they think its a bad car, when it actuallity its acting safe -thats a mouthful hahahaha,....
