Default 00" S80 T6 R Tail Light Dual Rear Fog Lights VIN

Does any one know the VIN codes for the European market 2000 S80 T6 Volvos? I am looking for an R tail light with the rear fog light (Dual Rear Fog Light), the American version is plugged. You can Drill out and if you are lucky pop out the plug, big pain in the ***.
OR
If any one knows a procedure to easily pop out the plug I'm all ears (eyes, whatever).
I have of course done this all ready but now I need to replace the R tail lamp and I do not want to spend the time I did last time.

On my S80 2.9 I have a rear fog lamp on either side of the car, and it does not look like anyone drilled anything out. I know it is the American version and not one that was converted because of the car fax. Maybe it was an option to have them back then. I just find this odd that the American version is plugged. I mean I can see why, but I always think that if there is suppose to be a light there, put it there and not leave an empty space. Just out of curiosity, is the rear fog light only on one side of the car and the other side is plugged or are both of them plugged? I just think it is silly to have only one side work and the other one plugged. Just like the Scion XB with it's one reverse light on the driver's side. I just don't get it. I guess I am one for the symmetrical aspect when it comes to cars.

I guess the fastest more expensive solution is to go to your dealer and see if they can order you the European version tail light for you, or even see if they have one already cut out. Otherwise, I agree with BRDVPRA just use a dremal, or go to the salvage yard and see if they have one already cut.

Default 00" S80 T6 R Tail Light Dual Rear Fog Lights Weather Strip?

I received the new R rear Tail Light and it came with the plug removed so Dual Rear Fog Lights, I guess the R tail light from the factory was a bad part (the plug was not removed).
The factory part was made in Germany and the replacement was made in Spain same OE supplier; Hella.

Question: Do the new rear tail lights come with a weather strip or does the weather strip need to be ordered separately? My R rear tail lamp was missing the weather strip so I had to reuse the old one.
