Headlight wipers were working and now not. I checked the fuse but there never was one there. Also plate lights don’t work. I saw online if you unplug your security behind front right tire your sunroof will work. It did but do you think it will affect plate lights?

ps. There are a lot fuse not in there spots for options I do have.

 

did you check the owners manual for locations of the various fuse boxes and what devices are on a given circuit? Wipers are on fuse 13 in the main box under the hood. Are you saying there is no fuse in that socket? Did you try inserting a new 25A fuse to see if that got you going? Is this car new to you? curious if a prior owner modified any of the wiring or you just need better documentation on what goes where.
