My 1999 S80 T6 front right window does not open. It goes down about 1 inch. That's all. It can go back. What was wrong? I like to open the door panel and take a closer look. How to open it? I found a few plastic 'pins'. Do I need special tools to remove them? Thanks.

 

The center of the pin will push in a little then click. Then the pin will slide out.
Then where you grab to close there is a cover remove the cover and the 2 screws and the panel should slide off.
