I got my 2000 s80 two years ago at 58,000 mileage. Now its 73,000 mileage.

I just change engine oil regularly, never did any transmission service.

Do I go to do a transmission service? How often should transmission service should be done? And what else should
be included in regular maintenance, except oil change and transmission service?

people on here instructed me to not get mine serviced. 2001 S80 with 147k. The volvo dealer also suggested it not be done as doing a service on the transmission that is having no problems may actually cause problems. If the fluid doesn't smell burnt and you are not having any problems with it I'd just leave it alone. Only top off the fluid if necessary.
