2000 S80 T6 - No Heat

2000 S80 T6 - No Heat
New to Volvo. 2000 S80 T6
Engine heats up to proper operating temp just fine (5 min's or so). With temp turned to ac it cools (needs charged). But when it is turned to hot it's barely warm.
So for those of you who already have experienced this... Should I look towards heater core, or a blend air control door not opening. Also, what is the best way to narrow down the problem?
