Default 2000 Volvo S-80 rough (very) idle

My wife's S-80 is running just terribly! I'm getting OBD codes P1171 & P1181.We just replaced all four o2 sensors last year, I haven't been able to find any vacuum leaks. Its only been about 6 months since I've cleaned the MAF sensor, could it be that dirty already? Or maybe the better question is could it be dirty enough to make it run so bad in the 1st place??Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks in advanceJamie.

How many miles are on the car and what is the status of your ETM? Was it replaced under warrantee and if so, how many miles ago?

The car has 186k and some change. I cleaned the ETM back in march.
I have no idea if/when it was replaced. As far as I know its original to the vehicle.
I cleaned the MAF and its running a bit better. It still just cuts off out of nowhere when idling. she'll start back up with no problem though.
I pulled a code for the IAT sensor this last go around. Not sure what / where that is.

Thanks.
