Hello,
I was wondering if some one could tell me what the draw rate is on this car. I replace the battery in the car about 2 weeks ago. I got it back and the car was as dead as a door nail. I charge the battery and things was fine. I let the car run for a little. I cut it off and it would not restart. So i recharged the battery and retest the whole system. The alt and all is fine. So wanted to do a draw test, but I have no idea what would be ok. There is .06 when I use my dvom. I don't know if that is ok or not since I can't find no info on our shop program on it. How long did you let it sit for with the meter connected.
It takes the car about 20 minutes to go fully to sleep.
It drops in stages.

 

I think it was about 5 min. For the time I had my meter hooked it stayed at .05. I think that it should have a little draw cause of the things that need to have power at all times.I will see what happens after 20. Its crazy. It almost like a alt, but it all checks out. We use a Midtronics and all of our charging system checks. I am thinking that maybe she left something on while she was away for a couple of weeks. I wish that we had a Volvo dealier close.
