Electrical draw I can't seem to find?
As my username states, I have a 1995 Volvo 850 20 valve NA.
We took it to a mechanic and we were unable to find what drawing, when the car was turned off. Im not sure what else to do
thanks

I'm assuming this darw is killing the battery over time. One way to check is to pull the fuse for the accessories one at a time (radio, blower motor, etc) and she if that stops the draw. At the least, it is a place to start. IF not, you are going to have to start checking for voltage drops with a voltmeter
we were doing that, tried all the major ones, but it was taking too long and we were getting nowhere.
Ive been thinking of hooking up a battey dissconect, like from a boat or RV

You have to pull each fuse out one at a time to find the circuit like tech stated. Then depending on the circuit that has the drawyou can leave the fuse out or repair the problem.
Common items that cause a draw. Door locks, glove box light,Alarm relay. You need to find out how much is being pulled. You would use an amp meter to check.
Once again I side with Tech. Voltage drop will only indicate a resistance. An inductive amp meter/probe will indicate draw, witch is what you are looking for. How long does it take to no-start? I may be wrong but 3-7 milliamps is normal. If you are higher, say in the 23 milliamp area, you have a problem.
