Default 2002 s80 ball joint problem

Changed the ball joints so I can get it aligned due to strut replacement and now my Driver wheel is straight and the other is turned right, not all the way but enough for concern. What did I do?

I put the drivers side on. The. Lowered the car and did the passenger. I think I did turn the wheel while doing the passenger.

Default Figured it out kind of

I was doing ballpoints in a 02 s80. The axle boot slipped off and wouldn't stay in so I wedged a screwdriver between the hub and boot and axle to hold the boot on. Well I forgot it in there and drive out of the driveway and turned the wheel the way the screwdriver didn't allow. Now both of my tires are towed out!! Haven't gotten back into it due to time. Anyone know off their head what went wrong and how I can fix it

I'm pretty sure you covered what went wrong. You drove the car with a screwdriver lodged between the axle and hub.

Gotta look at it to see what's damaged.

When I was a kid, I heard engineers put their screw drivers every where to check or work...now I know why...hehehe.....no offense mate just fun and have a safe drive..it often happens with forgetting something at the engine side...therefore now I always take extra care while warping up the work.

Eset, bro many views and no reply....what happened to volvoforum community.....my last post "how to change Drive Belt Tensionr" still not replied...please advise something.

No reply because how are we supposed to know what he damaged by doing this? It has to be taken apart and checked. No way around it.

Thanks for the Input guys. Got under it and didn't really see anything that stood out beside the boot being off the housing. My friend was over helping me and he had the idea he was going to take the a arm off. Well he took one bolt out and I didn't know. So got the bolt back in and I'm hoping everything is normal.. Any feedback on the axle boot clamp would be appreciated
