Default 2003 S80 Control Arm Issue

My2003 S80is no longer under warranty but I have beentaking it to the same dealer since I purchased it in 2006. It has 65,000 miles and the dealer says I need new control arm bushings and it will cost $700. Is this reasonable or can I get this done cheaper? I really want to take it to a private Volvo dealer I have had my eye on and heard good things about but I'm a little hesitate. Guidance on what it would cost to 1) replace the entire control arm; and 2) just replace the control arm bushings. I searched first but did not find much on 2003s.

It should be cheaper to have a specialist replace the entire arm.
